Unlike my stay at Hampton Inn Stephenville, Texas, the check in experience at this Wichita based property was executed professionally, warmly and efficiently. I checked in at 3:45 PM today. Am not sure what the name is of the female employee is who checked me in, but she is an excellent ambassador for a Hampton Inn.

"No hot water in the tub."

Had plenty of hot water in our sink but no hot water in the tub. We got told some BS about everyone is showering for dinner….let the water run for 10 minutes. The front desk person said she could change our room but couldn't guarantee hot water in a new room either. I asked if we couldn't test the water 1st before moving…..nope couldn't do that. So no shower shampoo for $160/night. Grrr. Probably won't stay here like ever again! Never.

Within 1 mile our Hampton Inn guests can dine at PF Changs Abuelo*s Mexican Bennigan*s Italian Garden Carlo*s O*Kelly*s Red Lobster Johnny Carino*s Italian or Fox and Hound Pub and Grille. Whether traveling to Kansas on business or pleasure our Hampton Inn guests enjoy such features as 81 rooms elevator indoor pool and spa coffee and tea service 24 hours a day copy/fax services cribs refrigerators in some rooms and pets /below knee height are allowed/.
