I really like the building and location however, my room smelled like smoke the whole time from someone previously abusing your policy. Also, there was some slight uncleanliness as I found long hair (I have short hair) in the shower. Other then that I appreciate room service making my bed everyday and providing me with clean towels as well! This hotel shows some serious potential if there was ever a remodel and would easily attract investors.
