Staff was friendly and responsive. There was a substantial snow storm during the time of my stay. I was impressed with how the sidewalk and parking lot was cleared throughout the night. In addition, the staff cleaned off all the cars in the parking lot. Above and beyond!

With the first winter snowstorm in the forecast, we needed to find a place to stay overnight near Penn Medicine Valley Forge Hospital. Residence Inn was four minutes away, provided a delicious breakfast buffet and had a snow removal team at work early morning.
