The pool was down when I stayed. Was told it'd be open next day at 11 (check out time). I asked for late check out which they gave me. Ended up getting locked out of room and pool was not up. They said now it will be down all day. I understand maintenance needed but makes you wonder if it's always down. Went to continental breakfast around 8:30 a.m. both the eggs and potatoes cold and rubbery. Bagel stale and hard. Bed comfy but room not very clean. Hand marks all over door, vent in bathroom covered in black dust balls, card with TV channel covered in food. Window ledge had food or something all over it. The main elevator by the front desk, on the inside filthy, made ya nervous to see hotel room. Hotel could use some love but I also understand it's hard to update if business is slow. Definitely need to work on the cleanliness. Would maybe pay $50 a night but not the $101 I paid.

Had to cancel due to cancellation of the program tomorrow. I called early this friday morning for a refund. Due to weather conditions it is unsafe to drive for all of the athletes. This is out of my control. Hopefully next year. Please refund. Thank you.

Had a great stay with no complaints. On the other hand, our friends stayed in the adjacent room and heard all of the noise from the band in the entertainment room. we did not hear a thing! Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Comstock was ok. The room we had was huge. Walking in, we had no idea how big it was going to be. Unfortunately, the shower had long pieces of hair stuck on the wall. There was a huge booger? in the sink and the floors were dirty. We have a older dog with us, who has a hard time walking the distance that we were from the front door to get him outside. The breakfast was pretty good for the two mornings that we were there. You can't use the pool if there is an event going on. Unless if you want to look like a boob walking thru the wedding and reception.

Pool cold, beds uncomfortable, laundry left behind from previous guest. Was given a room that was not not originally reserved for. Was traveling with two adults two teenagers was checked into a room with one king bed and a twin pull out sofa sleeper.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee, juice and dried up English muffin is not adequate. Hampton Inn in Flint was 100% better for same price.
