It's surprisingly quiet considering that people would be coming and going at all times yet it was very quiet. The restaurant has lots of choices and the breakfast is great. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. What more could you want.

Stayed for one night for an early flight. All staff very friendly, great facilities, good food and very clean. The best Travelodge we've stayed at and the biggest thanks should go to the cleaners of the public areas. It was spotless, thanks.

I would definitely use this Travelodge again when flying from Gatwick. I thought it would be noisy due to people coming and going at all times of the night but it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was amazing and Beverly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in the restaurant even though they were short staffed.

Travelodge Gatwick is ideal for stays the night before travelling and also on return to the UK. It is very convenient for the airport, only one mile or less from the terminal. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Also the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I would stay there again.

Obviously saving on heating and repairing heaters in rooms but heaters were supplied in the room which worked very well. Need to consider customers coming from long haul flights and needing something other than an english pizza…. not everybody needs bad carbs after sitting in a plane.

Our hot water wasn't. We did not have showers as the water was barely warm. The toilet paper is cheap and thin and is false economy as you have to use so much. My main concern is that the young woman at the counter continually referred to me as “Lovely” I guess this is a shortened version of “ My Lovely “ and I'm afraid that is not acceptable these days. Secondly, the barman on duty called my wife “Love” together with other women he was serving. Again unacceptable in this day and age.

A good place to stay. Very close to the airport but surprisingly quiet. The room heating wasn't working properly but the plug in heater provided soon warmed it up. Kettle tea coffee etc supplied but I would recommend bringing your own drinks. Breakfast was really good, great choices. Lovely bathroom with a fairly good shower. For little over £50 for a family room. ( one double and two singles) breakfast inc and 10 minutes from the airport. This is fantastic value for money.
