Anju was an valuable contributor to the success of the Miller and Solomon Family Reunion 2016 and with her deliverables on time and on budget. There are three salient attributes which distinguished Anju's and Liz work style and interpersonal dynamic: Trust, reliability and positivity. I always received reliable and accurate build progress updates from the both Anju and Liz. The Holiday Inn quickly digested design and build tour personal needs, asked clarifying questions often and offered alternative tactical build approaches when the situation demanded, making all 277 family members feel like at home while away from our homes. As I was making my rounds to speak with family member many told me that this was the best Family Reunion out of the 28 years. Anju and her Team was of the most enjoyable, upbeat, friendly and vivacious teammates I have ever worked with. I greatly appreciated their emotional and physical support and resilience in the face of unexpected challenges. Given our positive, productive Miller and Solomon Family Reunion 2016, I am highly confident that Anju and her Team will bring extraordinary value as contributors of Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. I didn't like being put out of our sleeping area after 11:00 to be told to go to the lobby. The roaches were out of hand. I didn't like being watched at all times like we were thieves. The place was dirty. The food wasn't good. We didn't get the shuttle service like we were supposed to, being told they were booked up. Nothing went as was planned. We didn't have the live band at the pool which we were told about. I think I deserved some type of credit back from my stay.

Property Description

This full service hotel has 281 guest rooms with all the comforts of home. The 30,000 Sq. Ft. Holidome has activites for all ages and includes: 2 swimming pools, 2 whirlpools, sauna, fitness center, and pool tables, play-port for the little ones, volleyball and basketball courts and video arcade games. We also have an outdoor pool, weather permitting. McKenna's Restaurant and Lounge is serving the best food and spirits in the hospitality industry, including Room Service. Our shuttle service provides free transportation to and from O'Hare International Airport, local companies and area attractions in a five-mile radius of the hotel.
