The Best Western Norwalk was very clean, cozy and courteous. We had a late check in and we're greeted cheerily and informed about all the amenities we could use while there. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was tended to by a little firecracker of a lady who was very attentive and polite. We did not run short of anything, right up until the breakfast room closed. We were very happy with our stay, all around. We would happily stay there again in the future. I highly recommend it.

Our room was very clean and fresh smelling. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and we loved the menu for the week display. Much better than the last stay we had a year ago.

Property description

All of our rooms are tastefully decorated with high end furnishings including HD TV's with over 50 HD channels including many popular sports and news channels along with 3 HBO channels. There is a microwave and small fridge in every room as well. Standard rooms either have two queen size beds or one king bed and larger family sized rooms with either 3 or 4 queen beds are available for an additional cost. The hotel is all non smoking but a smoking area is designated and set up outside. There is a guest laundry on site, a lovely fitness center, and an elevator also.
