We are the only fully-equipped office business center in the Finger Lakes of New York State. We are located in the historic Centerway Commerce Building, 5 East Market Street, Corning New York. Historic Market Street in Corning, New York is the core of our attractive, small-city downtown. This Class A location offers meeting space, with on-site technical and admin support, for business meetings sized from 2 - 30 pax. We are in the center of the region bordered by Toronto, New York City, Boston, Pittsburgh, Montreal, and Washington, DC, and easily reachable via New York State's third-busiest regional commercial airport (ELM) and two major interstate highways (I-86 and I-99). We provide you a professional place to conduct your business whether for an hour, a day, or longer. Our catering is sourced from local providers, ranging from cost-competitive groceries to Zagat-rated restaurants. For simple meals and breaks we offer set menus sized for typical meetings. For customized menus (luncheons, banquets, receptions) we have some "go-to" suppliers but can get pretty much anything you want including kosher, halal, vegan, lacto-ovo, etc., from regional restaurants and caterers. We also offer day-of-meeting menus for ordering lunches from local restaurants.

Our net access is via private fiber optic link and has very high bandwidth. We routinely do high definition secure H.323 videoconferencing and as well provide WiFi and LAN access. There is no extra charge for 'net access, however we need to know in advance if you/your customer plans to use VPN, cloud-based videoconferencing, or other apps from our facility so that we can not only ensure the needed ports are clear but also we can advise on-site technical support (problem avoidance). If you/your customer plans to have a secure videoconference we need to have in advance the far-end IP address and a point-of-contact person for testing. There is no charge for the advance testing.
