The lady at checkout was Alexis. She was so nice, friendly and very helpful. Very sweet young lady. Everyone there was nice, friendly and helpful.

"Lovely Hotel & Ballroom"

I just loved the room! The bed, the couch, rolling desk table and the curtains close completely so no sunlight comes thru. I slept so well, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I didn't want to leave! Room was clean and it was quiet at night when you sleep and I was right next to the elevator. As a single female traveling alone, I felt completely safe the entire time I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk ladies at check in and Ashey at check out. I was there for an event in the Crystal Ballroom. I will prob stay here from now on. Very nice.

Room was spacious, comfortable with the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator. Staff was nice. We did not go into th workout room or pool area but walking by they looked nice also.
