"Terrible Hotel"

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Room was not cleaned. I thought maybe it was just me but no. Other parents on the team had the same experience. I did not bring it up when we arrived due to being late and we were tired. Crusty white stuff on the bedding, finger prints on inside of door, splatter of something and finger prints on the head board, sticky substance on top and sides of entertainment TV stand/drawer credenza. Hair and grin on bathroom floor. Bathroom faucet hasn't been cleaned in years. I did bring it up to the manager when I checked out and he was very affended, as well as another lady who appeared to be the cleaning manager. They did not own it and speak to me in a professional manor. I will never stay at this hotel EVER. Parking is awful. Circle drive in front is awful. Elevators are very slow. Took me one hour and 10 mins to take my things to my car due to elevators are slow and not enough carts! Customer service is not priority! This place is an absolute joke.

We love this place. Every time we compete at a dance competition in Hot Springs, we stay here because the rooms are nice and clean. We like that they sell bottles of water in the lobby and basic snacks. We like that it's close to the food truck park.

Property Description

The Hotel Hot Springs recently went through a 9 million dollar renovation, everything at our property is brand new. We are located in the Downtown Historical District; within walking distance to the National Park and all the downtown specialty shops. We are 14 stories high with 196 guest rooms. A full hot breakfast buffet is served daily from 6 am to 9 am. The Inside Track Grill and Sports Lounge is open from 11 am to 11.59 pm daily. 40 big screen TV's and 20 different beer on tap, a great place to hang out and watch all sports. The menu features simple fare from great Akashi Burgers, Bacon wrapped deep fried hot dogs, to our famous Duck Nachos. Daily chefs special round out your dining experience. We have 7000 square feet of meeting space conviently accessible on the second floor. Between the Ballrooom our largest room to our smallest room, the Board Room and rooms in between, we can accomodate groups as small as 10 to over 350 people. We have a full catering department for all your catering needs while your group is here. The mezzanine is a wide open space with an large outdoor balcony.
