This is a villa. It is located in a Molokai Villa community, which also located right on Gulf . The sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are right out your front door. Age Requirements- Guests under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to P.K.R.M.. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No house parties. Please note that, as each property is privately owned, upon arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement.Located on a narrow strip of white beaches and crystal waters, Perdido Key is located in the Northwest Panhandle of Florida, between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama, and is one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of beach in Florida.
