Guests can see the beautiful sunsets of Perdido Key from the Candy-Colored townhomes located in the luxury, gated community, Banana Bay. The town homes offer a comfortable, tropical decor, which will set the mood for an exciting and relaxing vacation. This tropical resort features 3 unique town homes with all your personal use amenities. This is not a high-rise condo. It is your very own town home located in a gated community, which also has its own personnel beach access along the Lagoon. The sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are also just two minutes away. Age Requirements- Guests under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to register and will lose all funds paid to P.K.R.M.. Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in loss of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No house parties. Please note that, as each property is privately owned, upon arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement.Located on a narrow strip of white beaches and crystal waters, Perdido Key is located in the Northwest Panhandle of Florida, between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama, and is one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of beach in Florida.
