"Worst experience ever at a Holiday Inn"

First of all the guy working the front desk was rude and had no clue on how to do his job. Room was dirty, the door wouldn't lock. It looked like someone tried prying it open. Also I asked for two queen beds, I got a double bed. Room was literally right beside the interstate. I got zero sleep because of the road noise. The hotel had plenty of vacancies, I ask for a new room and front desk said it was too late. As a spire elite member I expected to be treated better. I spend months on the road for work and typically stay at IHG hotels. Never again.

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were fabulous and well worth the price. I would stay again in a minute.

Our family of five with two dogs were on vacation and the original house rental fell thru at the last minute. We contacted Holiday Inn to ask about pet friendly place and they were so friendly and understanding with our families needs. They were able to get us two rooms on the same floor and allow our dogs. the rooms were special clean and the restaurant food was delicious. I will always stay in a Holiday Inn for all my family vacation from this time on. thank you for everything.
