All of these appreciate the place which in all humility we offer them for their time of personal reflection and growth.Villa Saint-Martin, a Jesuit retreat center for spiritual development, has been serving the community for 100 years. Located on the banks of the Rivière-des-Prairies in Montreal, the Villa offers your group a place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Spread over 15 acres of land, the gardens invite guests to be peaceful and reflective. Whether you are seeking a place for prayer, for personal peace and quiet, or are simply looking for a place to hold your group meetings, the Villa can respond to your needs. Inspired by Jesuit spirituality, our mission is to provide a setting and services that encourage inner reflection, personal and spiritual growth.Villa Saint-Martin has two wings for accommodations: the Villa wing offers 46 rooms on two floors, and the residence wing has 12 rooms. Bedding, towels, and soap are provided in the rooms.On Villa side, rooms are equipped with a sink; toilets and showers are located at the east end of each floor. Two rooms on the 1st floor and one room on the 2nd floor offer a private bathroom. In winter, rooms are heated by a central hot water system. First floor: 17 rooms. Second floor – 29 rooms.On residence side, all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. In winter, this section has electric heating and is controlled by individual thermostats. In this wing, our guests have the use of a kitchenette, a small dining room and a living room. Please note that priority is given to people who are on retreat or participate in spirituality sessions regardless of their spiritual and religious traditions. Silence is required during these events. 9 rooms with King size bed & 3 rooms with twin beds.Villa Saint-Martin is an all-inclusive hostelry. The stay starts with dinner at the arrival and ends with the lunch at the departure. At the Villa Saint-Martin we attach great importance to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Together with the beauty of our site, the excellence of our meals is core to our reputation. This is what our guests mention in first instance when they make comments on their stay here. All meals are served buffet-style, with free choice.Our kitchen offers many options to meet the tastes and needs of each guest. For dinner and supper you can enjoy the daily soup, the salad bar, one of two main courses, with vegetables, not to forget desert.If someone suffer from allergies or do not tolerate certain foods, tell us when you make your reservation. Villa Saint-Martin has 5 meeting rooms which can accommodate from 10 to 90 people depending on the set-up and dimension of the room. WIFI is available on all-site.During the summer season, our outdoor furniture is at your disposal, allowing you to relax and pray while enjoying the beauty of the gardens; we recommend that an atmosphere of tranquility be maintained.Villa Saint-Martin is well located:•Close to Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau international airport•About half an hour drive from downtown Montreal•Close to Sunnybrooke train station
