It is an older Boutique property with small water fountains outside decorating the hotel property. The property has a lovely Japanese Garden for all guests to enjoy. The property consists of three floors, 81 rooms with interior corridors. There are 3 room types available, 1 king, 2 full or loft suites. All the rooms have a Flat screen tv, mini-fridge, work desk & chair, coffee maker, iron & iron board and closet. The loft suites have a microwave and a living room area. The property has an elevator, business center, fitness center, covered free parking, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast (6:30am to 9:30am daily), pool, Jacuzzi, and a Spa. This property is not Pet friendly. This property is located right on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Artesia Blvd, a main avenue. The property is in a walk able area, with stores and local restaurants, including Flame Broiler, Subway, Coffee Bean, El Toritos, Vons, UPS Store and a FedEx Store. It is only half a mile/10 min walk to Hermosa Beach, quick drive to Redondo Beach and just 7 miles south of LAX. The closest freeways are the 405, 91, 110 and 105.
