Clean and cheerful. It was the most convenient location to go to the Cleveland Clinic and using shuttle bus was also extremely helpful. Bus drivers were courteous, kind and gave the passengers very accurate information. It's a totally different world.

The hotel has partnered with Cleveland Clinic, Ecolab, and Diversey to ensure our guests feel safe and comfortable during these unprecedented times due to COVID - 19 when traveling to our hotel. We clean and disinfect our public spaces every 1 - 2 hours a day with special attention to "frequent touch" spots. We disinfect our public restrooms every 1 - 2 hours per day. Guestrooms are cleaned upon departure or upon request. Enhanced deep cleaning protocols upon check-out. Special attention to “frequent touch” surfaces and items in the guestrooms: - Refrigerator & mini bar and handles- Telephone and remote control - HVAC Unit and thermostat - Furniture, television, and clock radio - Lamp, floor lamp, and light switches - Outlets and USB ports - Hairdryer - Bathroom and fixtures There are hand sanitizing stations located on the main level, We have a Wellness Station set up in the hotel lobby to scan temperatures and ask questions of guests & hotel staff.
