I did not stay here. I had covid and tried multiple times to cancel. This hotel refused to cancel, redirected me to other sites and now has charged me for the stay. Making all holiday inns looks bad.

The overall hotel was fine but the walls seemed way thinner than any other hotel I've stayed in. It sounded like our neighbors were in our room. Not sure if it had to do with the adjoining door but it was really noisy.

For the price I paid it might be worth looking at a rental house, but this was an okay backup place. The walls are not super soundproof, so consider bringing a white noise machine.

Nothing special, pretty much just paid to sleep. Upon arrival the room was stale, there was whataburger trash in the mini fridge from a previous guest. Our family members arrived a little after 2pm asking if early check in was possible due to attending wedding venue at camp Luce but were told no, they could not accommodate the request. Our bathroom lacked shower gel, wall container was empty. Trash pick up came early and was noisy. The coffee was good and breakfast was decent. Would not stay again.

Everything was good room was excellent and staff was great. However, the couple of the stalls in the lobby bathroom room by the fitness center were not clean one had something that looked like feces on it. That's the only thing reason I rated it four out of five instead of 5/5. Other than that the stay was good.

Hotel itself was nice, but our room appeared to have not been finished being set up for our stay. Everything was clean, but the pillows were not set up on the bed like normal, one was laid down, almost like someone had been laying there. The trash can in the bathroom was on top of the toilet, like they finished mopping and just didn't bother to set put it back. Our shower door was missing a handle and there was no shampoo at all. Had to go downstairs to get some. Our checkout was at 11am and at 9:30 while my husband was in the shower and I still in bed, the cleaning person tried to enter our room without even knocking. We luckily had the swing bar locked on the door so she could not get in, but still very unprofessional. Overall would stay here again if needed, but would not rave about the tidiness.

On my wedding day my friend went to check into the room I had reserved for her online and they said there was no reservation under my name or her name so she left and had to drive home very late that night and I did not receive a refund for the room.

Came to stay here for two nights to celebrate a wedding. We had breakfast in our rooms and came back at night to see all of our left overs still out and one of our beds not made. I called and asked if they can have someone make the bed and first they said they will send someone, but then front desk called back and they said no one was available. Not the best customer service and honestly didn't seem like anyone cared. Would not be revisiting.
