Property has 8 double bed rooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private external bathroom + 4 bedrooms at the first floor ( 4 bedrooms with 2 share external bathroom ) + 1 apartment with 3 bedrooms at the attic with share bathroom and a small kitchen. All rooms have king size beds. Some rooms can be triple with roll-away beds.At the ground floor, there are 2 common areas : 1 living room and 1 small restaurant for 20 persons, with a fireplace where you can have your meals or you can enjoy the warm atmosphere of the hosts. Can be used as a meeting room for max 25 persons for seminars, team building, etc. Outside there is a large barbecue that you can use for your own necessities as well as the complete kitchen from the ground floor, where you can use the big refrigerator, cooler, freezer, microwave oven and other amenities. There is also a small bar outside the building, nearby the barbecue.The breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms and it cost 4 Euro. We can also cook for you the lunch or the dinner.Meeting room for maximum 20 persons included in the price of the total accommodation. Food and beverages + service, not included.Payment only cash or bank transfer in our account. No credit cards accepted.
