I was under to come due to illness. I was refunded all but the first night. I want to appeal that based on compassion. I could not help my condition. I don't have money to give away and no one stayed in that room. I can't support a policy especially in the era we live in. I'm begging you for deposit back if not all the at least half. I'm a gold star member and frequently stay at Embassy hotels.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and stayed for a week. We enjoyed meeting family at breakfast. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and towels were replaced promptly. We enjoyed our stay.
