The brand new Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead is located on trendy Piedmont road walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Hampton has plenty of rooms with two beds for your group, 42 suites (all have sofa bed) as well as an outdoor pool and fitness center. Your group will love the Hampton because hot breakfast, parking and WiFi area all included in the rate.

We had a group of nearly 30 individuals staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Buckhead Place for a training seminar for about one week and each of our participants had nothing but praise for the hotel staff and facilities. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants, Kroger, shopping and so much more. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle as well, using it to go to and from different activities in Buckhead. The meeting room facilities were great, as were the food and beverage service (in the meeting room as well as the complimentary hot breakfast). The booking process was smooth and communication between Brooklin (the sales manager) and our staff went well. Check in was also very easy, even though we had a large number of folks coming in. We only had one miscommunication about the meeting room set up, but it was smoothed over easily and didn't cause any major interruptions for our event. Huge thanks and love for all the staff: Brooklin, Sheldon, Kymberlee, Tish, Porché, D'Marcus, Brandon, Shan, Gaby, Brett… everyone we met and spoke with were absolutely wonderful and we coudn't thank them enough for their hospitality and kindness. We run this event every year and those who have attended before emphasized that this was the best year yet and I believe a big part of that is because of all the amazing people at Hampton Inn. Thank you! We'll be back again soon!

"Very nice and clean. Sales, Guest Services and Billing was a Nightmare."

I reserved this hotel for a church trip through Hotel Planners. It offered a very good bid and I accepted it. The communication from this point forward from the hotel was awful. The sales coordinator did not respond to emails and made several mistakes with the booking. The conformation I received was for only two days and my contract was for three. I contacted registration and I was told the hotel was completely booked for my stay. Finally I reached the front desk at the hotel and a clerk was able to make the adjustment. Still no communication from the sales department. I did not request from the signed contract, banquet rooms. I refused them because of the cost and specifically noted it in a email to the sales coordinator. I was charged on the day before arrival $930 for banquet space. I was also charge $2610.00 after checkout for some reason that no one at the facility could explain. The guest service manager blamed overnight auditors. The assistant hotel manager blamed the bank/credit card company. The sales coordinator blamed the guest services coordinator. Nevertheless I contacted the bank who stated that they only approve or deny charges. the hotel was responsible for the charges. It took four hours of the day after the trip to get the $2610 charge release from my debit card. I received a total of four bills from the hotel each with different amount and errors concerning my charges. I left a overnight duffer bag in my room. I spoke with three hotel employees concerning it. No one has returned a call nor has the housekeeping supervisor returned a call after three calls concerning the bag three days later. I have contacted the general manager finally after asking three employees for his contact information, the third person(sales coordinator) at the hotel informed me that she did not have his extension, I could call back to the front desk and get it! This is what I did and left him a message. I have not gotten a call back yet. This is not my first time organizing a group trip and will not be the last one. However I will definitely have second thoughts in the future with this business. As my church administrator who travels each summer and president of my fraternity who has a regional convention planned in Shreveport (Host Hotel Hilton) I certainly have some concerns!

From the time my family came to visit with her or Hampton family, to the time we left, our experience was wonderful. The front desk people, Shan,Sheldon, DaMarcus, Martino, Tish and Tommy were extremely kind and courteous. Each of them attentive to our needs throughout our stay. I would like you to know that a person in your cafeteria named Maria was exemplary. I know it was hard for her to speak English; however, of graciousness and warm smile would very much appreciated. I also want you to know or you buddy younger lady on the housekeeping staff named “Anna“ who was also extremely, extremely kind and helpful. In fact, she went out of her way, to help us, when there was a conflict and getting our room done. Even though she was getting off fairly soon, we should volunteer to do and got the room ready. She is the type of Employee that every corporation should have and for which they should be thankful. Please give special thanks at the front desk to Brett who is very kind and considerate as well.

This was a perfect location to everything that we did. It is a beautiful new hotel with a grocery store and places to eat near by. The hotel staff was great and understood they were dealing with youth. The breakfast was great also. Our kids really enjoyed being at the Hampton in Buckhead.

Enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfast good. My grandkids still take baths as they are too small to shower so the cleanliness of the bathroom and shining tub was definitely noticed by their grandmother. The only thing that I did not like was parking in a parking garage. I just do not like parking garages because there are so many blind spots in them. I liked not being able to access the elevator and different floors without having a magnetic card to do so which is also your room access. Would definitely stay here again.
