I can say the guys at the desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms our group stayed in were in dreadful shape dirty carpet, ceiling drip, dog hair on bed, weed smell, hair in sink, sticky floors, were all reported from our group.

Good location near the airport. My room was very nice. The shuttle service was a definite plus since drivers knew the locations of restaurants and were available at any time to take me there and back.

Tee off at the nearby Renaissance Golf Course only 5 miles from the hotel, easily attend events at the Charlotte Convention Center just 10 miles away, or catch a game at Bank of America Stadium, home of the NFL Panthers. Carowinds theme park, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the Time Warner Arena, home of the NBA Hornets, are just a short distance away. Shopping is easy with our central location to Southpark, North Lake and Concord Mills Malls.
