Great location for us. This is our 3rd or 4th stay. Only comment would be we paid online for room but when we arrived we were asked for a card to cover incidentals another$15.00. That could have been mentioned when we made the reservation!

I called Alhambra villages to rent a two bedroom for one night. They gave me phone number to call and the person was not specific about I was going to be renting two rooms apart from each other. I was devastated to find out since it was spending time with my sons together since my youngest is enlisted in the Navy. I was told I rented online through Expedia and I showed the email to front desk and the email was not having information from the company. Not even to make changes. I will never trust again. This was my second time staying. I liked the place, but I don't trust anymore.
