The staff is friendly and the property is renovated. But overall not a great experience. Check in was a very slow process. We arrived at our room and there were ants all over the nightstand. They did reassign us a room but that was a slow process also. After waking up the next day I received a call from a lady who didn't even identify herself and was asking what my first name was and how many rooms I had. I had to ask her who she was and she reluctantly told me she was from housekeeping. We left for the day to return late in the evening to find our room has not been serviced. It's not likely that we would return to Hotel Indigo or recommend it.
