Supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Checked in and headed to my room, the hallways smelled like stale cigarettes and the floors were filthy and had stains all over. Opened the door to my room and it smelled awful. Someone obviously was smoking in the room because they covered the smoke alarm with plastic. Told the receptionist about it but, they had no more rooms. She said she would make a note of it. I had to stay as I had nowhere to go because I was evacuated from my home. I left the next day assuming I wouldn't be charged for the second day as I couldn't stay with the smoke smell. as I have asthma. No one ever bothered to contact me about a refund or discount. What a horrible way to do business.

Wanted to thank all the cleaning people who took care of us. A big thank you to Heather! She was very pleasant and helpful! Wanted to just say they need more bell carts or luggage carts. When we left Sunday night they didn't have one for us and we had three cats on top of all our luggage. The guy at the desk said they only had one and didn't know where it was. Other than that, very nice stay at the hotel!

I had cancelled, but was charged for the stay. I went through the cancellation process twice, but never received an email confirmation. I do have a screen shot of the webpage where I did receive a message that the rear had been cancelled.
