The welcoming was wonderful however the pull out sofa was not clean. Still had used bedding and food in the sheets. The kitchen area had dirty dishes. Not sure if the room was missed, floor not swept, no bathroom tissue.

Property Description

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Ankeny hotel. Ideally situated in a business park directly off of I-35, this modern hotel in Ankeny, Iowa, is minutes from bustling downtown Des Moines. Take some time to explore the local area and visit popular Iowa attractions. Try your luck at the Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, or cheer on the Iowa Cubs at Principle Park. Soak up the exciting atmosphere of the Iowa Speedway, and experience thrills and spills at Adventureland Amusement Park. Visit the Historic East Village in Des Moines to discover boutique stores, eclectic dining and nightlife, and family-friendly recreation opportunities. Our property opened in 2015 and we are an all-Suite property designed to provide extended-stay comfort. All of our guestrooms have a fully-equipped kitchen and have a queen sofa sleeper. We provide our guests with a complimentary hot and cold items breakfast served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. We also provide our guests with a complimentary evening Social with wine, beer, hot and cold snack items served Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. We have a fitness center, hot tub, pool and a wonderful patio area with a fire pit and two gas grills. Plus, our parking is free and we provide complimentary in-room, high-speed wireless Internet. We also have a complimentary business center. Our only meeting space is 644 sq. ft. and can comfortably seat 32 people at 4 round tables with 8 people per table. Our meeting room also has a serving counter. And, the best part is that you can bring in your own food and beverage.
