Staff friendly. Quiet. Clean. We were at Sacramento for a procedure at the Medical Center. Very close the the med center, easy walk. Was able to wheel my son back to the hotel easily. Parking right in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Either your booking person or hotel employees took my credit card information and tried to purchase car insurance. My card was never used before. My first attempt to pay for the room was not approved.. Your customer service rep said that my credit card was rejected. A second card was accepted.. Both cards were never used before.

We were in room 449. The room is extremely dark and in need of more overhead lighting. The bathroom toilet has the elongated bowl but a standard white toilet seat was on it. The lid for the toilet tank is not for the existing tank and does not fit properly. The showers handheld shower head cannot rest on its pin since the pin is broken off. I could not get the handheld shower head to turn on. The toilet paper roll holder is not secure to the wall and falls off when putting on a new roll. The mattress closest to the door had a valley as well as being lumpy. No bell boys/girls offered to help with luggage. Since we were in Sacramento for a serious medical procedure I looked for a hotel with a restaurant. The “Bistro” was not a restaurant but more of a snack bar. Most of the sandwiches we ordered were pre made and had to be unwrapped by the Bistro employees to make them to order for the customer. Since we did not have our vehicle we ate most of our meals at the hotel. The Bistro not only serves hotel patrons but people from surrounding businesses. Improving the eating facility would be greatly desirable. The staff at the Bistro were very accommodating and tried to make our dining experience pleasurable. The last evening the cash register/computer went down and the only way to pay was to put it on our room tab. The cash register was still down the next morning. The employees tried their hardest to accommodate customers. Visitors could not purchase even a cup of coffee. We are not encouraged to stay at Marriott again.

This hotel has a full service Bistro proudly brewing Starbucks and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full service bar & lounge on property. Complimentary high speed internet. We have an outdoor pool and whirlpool with a very nice patio area. We can arrange meetings and banquets from 2-200 in our 8 different event rooms; catering menus and A/V rental pricing available upon request. Situated close to downtown, Midtown, I-50 and I-80. Located on the UC Davis Medical Center Campus.
