At first I thought I was to get 2beds and possibly a 3rd is and lucky that my son couldn't make it. Your staff was most super and compliant and moved us. The beds were very comfortable. Imagine, I'm 83 years old and with intense medical issues and no water when it was beneficial for medical and urgent care issues. Too, disappointed that there wasn't any parking privileges attached to the hotel. My niece mother of the bride is a general manager for Hyatt in Dover, NJ and thought that we should have been remunerated for our poor experiences. Very sincerely yours, Frances Sekela Room#220,.
