Our hotel has two meeting areas for groups. The largest is 7200 sq ft and it will hold approximately 600 people depending if banquet tables are required. The second meeting space holds 50-75. Both spaces can be used for corporate events, concerts, wedding receptions, anniversary dinners and even church socials.

Dried buggers in shower and on walls in bedroom smoke alarm had been removed wires hanging and had to change channels for the TV on box remote only worked for volume.

Dirty room, no pillow cases, toilet paper or wash cloths, air was not on previous to arrival and serious electrical problems, even in the room for continental breakfast. Will not return.

I'll preface this by saying I was evacuating for a hurricane when I stayed here and the hotel was more full than usual. The front desk staff was rude to me and to people on the phone. I was told there would be no housekeeping and no clean towels after paying for the hotel. I decided to check out early because it was an uncomfortable room and just not a place I wanted to spend my time. Even though they had a list of people trying to book the room, they would not refund me for the remainder of the stay.

I live in Harvey LA and was DESPERATE to find a place to stay after Hurricane Ida. After searching for says I finally found a room in Laurel Ms at the Quality Inn and Suits. After booking I started reading the reviews on line. OMG I couldn't believe what I was reading. People called it a dump, filthy, short handed, old beat up furniture, holes in walls, etc. Just couldn't do it. So we stayed home with no lights or ac, little food and running out of everything. So disappointing. Laurel seems to be on the way to revitalizing and looking beautiful with a dump like this for lodging! SAD.
