Some rooms terrible! No towels available for rooms upon arrival and during stay, was offered shower mats as towel. Some double rooms only had one towel, should have been two towels for double room. Hall carpet needs to be replaced. Should not be charging $119 plus per night for what you offer!

It was a terrible experience trying to book reservation for group rooms and worse upon arrival. When group arrived they were told rooms were cancelled, so they left and went and played softball and came back several hours later. After I was told I needed to talk to group booking department and they never answered, it took me talking to several people for almost an hour to get this resolved, which meant the people still having to wait for their room. In the end, it was determined that rooms were not cancelled, the first and last name was reversed on the reservations. That wasn't acceptable because I used my credit card to reserve rooms and my email address, so they know my name.

The staff went out of there way to meet our needs. Both my friend and myself are handicap and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and helped us, both at check in and check out and they helped to make sure they were able to meet our special needs. MY friend was very impressed with the girl at the front desk who was very friendly and assisted us anyway she could. A+ for your staff.
