"Wouldn’t stay here if I came back to the area."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Lots of little things make me leave this kind of score. First, at arrival, hostess was pretty good, just not overly friendly. This was one thing I noticed overall, the staff didn't seem to like their jobs too much. Pool, I'd have to say, was a little misleading online. Looks a lot bigger in the pictures. Next, we came back in to the room at night on the 4th floor on our first night staying there and we turn on the TV and nothing was working. It was 9pm at that point and I have my two kids in the room with me. The engineer guy came and tried to fix it, couldn't, so the front desk called me and offered me points or to change rooms. Not sure but at this point I think they should have offered me both. I'm staying for two days and paying that much money, I'd kind of expect to get the offer of both but I had to decide. I asked to change rooms since I was staying two nights but anyone with kids knows that it's a pain repacking everything and moving it all somewhere else. The whole section on the 4th floor, the tvs weren't working so I had to move down a floor. All just a big pain, very annoying. Outside of that, the rooms are ok, but with both rooms we were in, the door doesn't close properly, so when you leave the room, you have to remember to pull it closed behind you. Usually they just close behind you so after coming back from dinner the first night, we noticed the door was still open, thought someone had been in our room but quickly realized it was just the door and the fact you have to pull it closed even though it “closes” by itself. Breakfast online said it was included. It wasn't, but at least the kids ate free with the purchase of an adults meal. In the end, for the price, I wouldn't come back to this property if I was in the area again.
