"Overpriced Location with Good Access to the Tourist Portion of Sedona"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
If you are looking for a good value and great service, do not stay here! For those who have been down this road before, this is a time share location with a "Welcome Package" pushed to hook you on the first day. Rooms are simply small as well, we got one connected to a suite. A total after thought room while paying big bucks. Also, be careful, the incidentals include another $23 "resort" fee they won't tell you about up front but will drop in your lap afterwards. Also, don't look for any assistance from the manager Michelle, she is in too much of a hurry to listen, interrupts your every sentence, and will only assist if the discussion starts taking too much time away from timeshare sales production. Recommendation: Just go minutes away to the Hilton Resort & Spa in Sedona Village which is not cheap either but you could save hundreds on even one night's stay and they have much better facilities, great service, nice on site restaurant with outside seating, huge gym, Olympic swimming pool, outside fireplaces and of course a beautiful golf course. They also don't have as much tourist foot traffic due to their location. Yes, there is a similar resort fee but they tell you up front and the facilities warrant it. You will have to drive the 10 minutes back to fight the tourists and walk around the gift shops but take if from a guy that travels to Sedona regularly, you will be glad you made this choice. Managers are helpful, will work to accommodate all requests and genuinely care about your experience.
