A sparkling clean room that smelled fresh, with basic amenities and good value. Cleanliness was so very appreciated in all the corners! We would stay there again.

Carla the night lady was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we didn't request it she found out my husband had a stroke and so she put us in the handicap room. Irene had cleaned the room very well. Very accommodating for our two dogs too.

The woman checking us in was very, very good. The A/C filter was so dirty very little air came out. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The soap was totally inadequate. *The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The TV is not working properly. The was no channel guide for the TV. *The bathroom door lock did not work. At least when you charge $180.00 for the room, make it more than a $29.95.

The only good thing about our experience was that the room was clean. However, there was absolutely no water pressure at all in the shower. It took me forever just to get the wash cloth wet. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner. When we went down to the lobby for coffee in the morning (an hour after they said they started serving). It was not made yet so we had to wait for someone to make it. We were also not aware that people were actually living at the motel some of which were obvious drug users. Will not be staying here again on our return home which was our original plan.

No parking available in front of my room. Desk rep just shrugged shoulders.. had to insist on mgr to remedy situation. Very noisy as motel was packed with guests. Will not stay again in Twin Falls. ?.

We had a lot of problems, The Air conditioner was broken, Asked to be moved to another room and we were told that they could not move. Full no vacancies. We were offered a Box fan, that did not cool the room down at all. We had booked the room for two nights. We cancelled the room for the next night because of the multiple issues. We were charged an extra $12.00 booking fee that we were not advised of. When we tried to cancel the reservation for the 2nd night, we were told that we could not check out. We told them why we would never stay there again and tried to get some sort of compensation for the nights stay. We were told no. Our employees were under the impression that they knew that the air conditioner was broken and did not care to advise at the time of check in. Over all our experience was one of the worst that we have had.
