The hotel offers 2 superb restaurants. Bowaters, the hotels restaurant has two AA rosettes and offers modern British food in a relaxing and comfortable setting overlooking the river. Aubergine at the Compleat Angler is a sister restaurant to the renowned Aubergine in Londons Chelsea. It is a welcoming fine dining restaurant serving exquisite Modern French cuisine where you can be assured of a gastronomic experience in calming surroundings, coupled with breathtaking views of Marlow weir. William Drabble, the Executive Chef, has held a Michelin Star since 1998.
