Property Description

Welcome to your home-away-from-home in our fully-furnished apartments! Our 1- and 2-bedroom suites are fully equipped with full-size kitchen appliances, and all of the conveniences from home to make your stay comfortable. Each unit includes all dishware & cookware as well as linen for the beds and bathrooms. Basic cable and internet (wifi available) is also available in each of our units.Sorry, we do not permit any pets in our apartments. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation submitted prior to your arrival.Our units are also 100% NON-SMOKING. Any evidence of smoking or pet damage in our units will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.A $600 deposit will be taken at the time of booking which will be refunded at check-out with the cleaning fee of $100 deducted as well as any other damages. Also, if your stay is less than 30 nights, the total rent for the entire stay will be due at the time of booking. If your stay is 30+ nights, the first month's rent will be due with the deposit at the time of booking and subsequent months will be collected monthly in advance.
