Mary at the front desk was so helpful, kind and compassionate when I called to book this hotel for my parents and friends who were evacuating the NWT Wildfires. My parents tell me that the 24 hour check in and great customer service for displaced folks was very comforting in such a stressful time. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant was fantastic and the staff were all very accommodating especially for travelers with pets.
