The bed was not very comfortable. Mattress seemed worn you could see low spots. Shower door track was not clean! Lotion bottle was empty. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk and bartender were wonderful, very helpful. Enjoyed the lobby with friends.

I thought I was booking directly on the website but book online took me to a 3rd party unknowingly and I didn't find out until I arrived at the conference and didn't need the room. I tried to cancel a day earlier and couldn't but assured I was only charged one day. Then received a charge for 547 for two days! I never even touched the door of the room! I would have never booked with book online if not for them tricking me! Ruined my conference with their unprofessional way of taking you from the hotel site. This was sneaky, unclear and should be illegal.
