On the plus side, we had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities, some of which didn't think at first would use or need but in time took advantage. Staff are all so great and committed to serving residents and making the residents' experience the best, especially kitchen and front desk including Carley and Patricia. As forwarded to management, there were a few experiences that warranted feedback: 1) kitchen sink vent needs warning posted not to touch/turn some people like us don't have in kitchen and this vent is easily vulnerable to be touched be adults and kids. We ended up with mysterious appearance of water on counter than flowing onto floor that we had to hurriedly tend to; later found out vent was cause. 2) shower pan although textured can still be extremely slippery and dangerous when wet. As a health professional I've advised patients to still get bath mat to help prevent falls. 3) Housekeepers seem consistent in making the beds in such a way that there's too much linen tucked in at foot of bed and not enough at head of bed, so either we ended up sleeping half uncovered or re make the beds ourselves to avoid being uncomfortable. 4) Not everyone has smooth stovetops. Knobs were confusing in directing and even at end of stay, still didn't understand all. For safety, basic instructions should be posted without hesitation.
