Our rooms were very clean. ALL the staff: front desk, maids, kitchen assistant were all so very kind and helpful and met all of our needs and expectations and exceeded them!

"Very outdated and needs to be remodeled."

This property is old and out dated. Especially the bathrooms, tubs need to be replaced with walking showers. He space the tub and toilet is in is incredibly small which makes it extremely dangerous when getting in and out of a tub! Lighting in bathroom is also very dim and outdated as well as foyer lighting. Mattress on the bed could also stand to be replaced. Carpets in room also outdated and should be replaced with a more sanitary flooring. The noise level was also extremely poor, you could hear everything and anyone walking around above you. Had a terrible two nights of sleep. For what I have paid for the two rooms I had for two nights it should not be this outdated nor would I expect this from a Hilton property. I am extremely disappointed and would definitely not stay at this property again and will definitely be reluctant when booking another hotel with Hilton properties. Would like a refund for both room my husband and I paid for. 208 on 6/13 and 212 on 6/12 and 6/13.

Got conned by a scheduling site thinking I was on the Hampton site and ended up paying double the pet deposit. Sounded like a herd of monkeys running across the floor in the room above us so we had to pack up and move to another room. Front desk gal was nice about it, but have never experienced this as a HHonors member for 20+ years. Very disappointing and very unlikely I ever return!

I'm not sure how I was so overcharged! Talked to gentleman at desk he had no clue why. Nice man but could not help. Tried many phone calls. Now have to file claim with credit card company.

The night desk clerk that checked us in was prompt and friendly. The blonde woman with glasses working breakfast was so kind and a joy to speak with about where she was from and our travel. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Also, the room was clean, and the lobby bathroom was immaculate.
