I called a number that popped up when I googled your hotel. I did not realize I was dealing with a third party booking site. The company Reservation Counter ended up charging me $60.00 more than the cost of the room. The hotel accepted no fault on their part. I am extremely disappointed and will be much more savvy when booking rooms. I do not think using such deceptive site is good for your hotel. I will not be choosing Fairfield again.

I cancelled my reservation. Was still charged by Expedia even though I spoke with them and your facility front desk. I'm really disgusted and I still want my money back. This is nothing less than thievery.
