Horrible experience. I booked over the phone, they charged my card, they sent me a link. When I got there my info was not there. When I called costumer service they kept me waiting and then they disconnected a couple of times. Cero response!

I tried to get through to Marriott, my seminar in Austin was cancelled. I needed to cancel the three rooms I had booked for seminar attendees. I could not get through due to high volume of calls. They charged me, even though most hotels and airlines were waiving cancellation fees if you could not get through. During this crisis, I find that was extremely poor handling of customer needs.

It doesn't really matter now, but at the time they left us high and dry w/o a hotel due to pushing back the opening. This was prior to cancellations due to Covid 19. That way I had a hard time finding a hotel at a decent price because it was so close to the time of the seminar I was attending. They did not offer to accommodate us at any other Marriott for the same price.

Our spacious suites offer separate living and sleeping areas and plenty of space for relaxing and working. We offer a complimentary hot buffet breakfast each morning and evening social Monday through Wednesday that includes complimentary beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. We are conveniently located across from Dell/EMC, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of hotel. We are an all suite property, providing fully equipped kitchenettes and sofa beds in every room.
