We did not actually stay here. We were trying to book a room at the Holiday Inn express. We didn't realize the phone #was an Hotel reservation number. They quoted a very high price and when I said we were looking for something less than $200. She pulled up the comfort inn. After we booked I went back on line and realized that the price of the room was more extras on the Comfort Inn price. I immediately called to cancel. Three times the women on hotel reservations said we would get our money back. However, Comfort Inn said NO. We had that reservation 15 minutes. They said it had to be canceled by 6 on March 25th. We didn't make the reservation until the 26th. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. $145 for a 15 minute reservation. Warning to senior citizens like us. Always book through the Hotel chain, best to talk with the front desk.
