"Pandemic Excuses"

This hotel advertises a business center and complimentary breakfast. Both are not operating because of the ?pandemic?. Im not being political here and I have my Covid shots. Yet, you walk in and employee's do not have masks, yet are not delivering services as advertised due to the ?pandemic.? Also, the folding tables used to make guests stretch over to interact with the front desk personnel (who are not wearing masks) are ridiculous. The ?pandemic? that has been on for almost two years should now not be considered ?temporary? and either restructure your business model or lift all your meaningless countermeasures that coincidentally saves you money.

"TOTALLY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED."

Broken ice machines, one of them has large cocktail roaches in the catch tray, half a roll of toilet paper in room had to call for some, people coming and going for most of the day and night loudly talking in the halls, had to walk a mile to get to room, staff looked unprofessional, their clothes looked dirty and wrinkled, charged $100.00 for items, I didn't even use from the onset (hotel clearly had bad customers in the past so all customers must pay for others bad behavior), clock broken in room, maids looked terible, hair disheveled, clothes looked dirty and wrinkled, standing around in the halls talking in a group, why ask for review when you don't want the truth and won't do anything about these issues, hotel looked dirty, uninviting and outdated in lobby, how in the world can this be called a conference center, greedy owners don't care and the great sadness is every single thing that I have said is very, very TRUE and NOTHING will change. The reason why I came is because I had to wait on my car at the mechanics while in town and this hotel was closest to the shop with everything going on with Vivid virus, I was short on hotel options for the very first time. The bed surprisingly was comfortable. Can you handle these truths. .can you????? EMBRACE CHANGE!

I was unable to inform front desk due to down telephone system. The management was not interested in addressing my concerns which included requesting refrigerator for medical reasons and inappropriate condition of room which was paid for prior to stay. .Disappointed!

Relax and unwind in the Brickyard Bar and Grill, featuring casual dining and live entertainment on Weekends as well as Happy Hours 4 - 7 Mon. through Fri. Complimentary shuttle service within a three mile radius of the hotel as well as Islip Airport and Ronkonkoma Train Station. Choice Priviliges Wing for Elite Platinum & Diamond members with complimentary continental breakfast and cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in our concierge lounge the evening. Breakfast daily, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres Mon - Thurs. nights. For that special occasion, request one of our Jacuzzi Suites or Executive Suites on your next visit.
