Horrible mgmt. would not refund our credit card for reservations after 45 MINUTES went by. Will NEVER stay at a best western again! So we are out $123.00 for a room we did not get! Very poor business ethics in my opinion.

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was enjoyable and the room was clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located at I-24, Exit 174 (Tiftonia Exit). Nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain, the Best Western Royal Inn is a number one choice for groups. We offer a deluxe continental breakfast with a "make your own" belgium waffle station and southern style biscuits and gravy. Our newly 2012 refurbished hotel is extremely clean and service is always a priority at our hotel. Enjoy our seasonal pool or our new fitness room.We look forward to serving you.
