No microwave,phone didnt work,drain didnt work,i was told to park on northside(room was far southside 2nd floor) after loading luggage, clothes,etc;find out no elevator,the drawer was stuck shut.Later on,i went down to the truck and someone from kansas(713 ktj),completely blocked us in(we had truck and boat) I asked the night clerk,did she know who this car belonged to because we were leaving at 6am for paddlefishin) she said no( found out later she checked them in and told them to park there,elizabeth)we couldnt leave until 9:30.At checkout time,i asked the woman if they had a copy machine,id like to leave a letter to the owner,she started reading it and when she got to "top five worst hotels ive stayed in" ,she lost it and said"im the owner ,sara and ill refund your money and put you on the no rent list" I said fine then she says, I dont have to because you used trivago; I said bull%^ and, showed her the 918 540 3333 on my phone(her motels #) at 7:31 and my credit card conf # she refused,and on top of that ,there were two fire exits and a stairwell blocked from room 230(my room) to the first floor with mattresses(8 or 10), mirrors,bed frames,etc., im still persuing a refund at the least, thank you, michael fabri 405 651 9900.
