"I would stay there again!"

The hotel and room was very clean. I was in a single King room. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were exactly how I like them. The bathroom and shower was also very clean. I carpet also looked and felt clean. The front staff were very helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable and in great working condition.

"Night desk employee."

The Night Desk employee (sorryI didn't get his name) went the extra step to help us out. After searching high and low in the first room we were in, we couldn't find the remote for the TV. After talking to the person at the front desk, he told us that the extra remotes are in the maintenance room which was locked for the night. We just figured that we wouldn't have a TV for the night. But the desk employee started looking for another room for us and moved us across the hall to a room with a remote for the TV. We could have survived the night without a TV, but it was so nice that he moved us to a room that did have one. Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

It may be because the hotel is connected to a banquet center but if your plans change and have to cancel, well within the cancellation period, you better be able to document the reason you have to cancel because you will be asked to submit said documents to complete the refund process.
