Rooms are reasonably clean, skimpy towels that have seen better days. Staff was friendly, owner seemed nonexistent even though they were onsite. Stopped by and spoke to owner requesting housekeeping to freshen room since we were going out for the day and when we returned 7 hours later the room was untouched and housekeeping was unaware of our request. Housekeeping was very apologetic but it was not their fault.

The AmericInn of Milford has 57 rooms including double queens, king, whirlpool/fireplace rooms, two room suites and extended stay accommodations. All guest rooms have wireless high-speed internet access, cable TV and HBO, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee amenities, refrigerator, microwave, free local phone calls and an alarm clock radio. Enjoy our large recreation area complete with indoor pool and whirlpool, as well as a full size pool table. For your convenience, we have coin operated guest laundry facilities. Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 50 people for a business meeting or special occasion gathering. Relax with a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate in our spacious two-story lobby with fireplace and cozy conversation areas. Stay connected to home or the office with free high-speed Internet access. In the morning, wake up to a complimentary, hot AmericInn Perk breakfast.
