Room and common areas looked very ?tired? and outdated. Everything in the hotel, including the rooms, seemed dirty enough that you didn't even want to walk barefoot. In the lobby, there was a container slightly larger than a thermos that held lukewarm coffee. We have lost faith in the rating.

Breakfast consisted of: (1) packaged muffin with sausage and egg, some juice, coffee and possibly Fruit loops. We did not eat there. "Workout room" was a glassed room on the pool deck with an older treadmill and stair stepper. TV too high and I could not figure out how to work that particular remote since totally different than our rooms remote. Expect to stare at a brick wall.

Was told by desk clerk that my reservation was for two king rooms for one night, my reservation was for one king room for two nights. He would no correct. Lobby was dark, carpet was dirty. Was told lounge wa closed, no breakfast available. We decided to walk away and find other lodging. I am currently pursuing a refund of my pre paid lodging.
