The desk staff when we checked in were by far the rudest people we dealt with on our vacation. After specifically speaking to someone at the property to assure the type of room was available we were given a different room that was unacceptable. When I went to the desk to inquire about the change I was told my room was changed because they needed the room for someone else and because I didn't book with them directly my was changed. I called the number I had put in my phone when I made the reservation. I pressed the number on my phone and the phone at the desk rang. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one there. I asked what time the manager would be in the next day and was told there is no manager over the weekend. I was told they could not move my room. I spoke to the girl at the desk the next morning at 7am. She was very polite and accommodated the change of room. She deserves to be commended for her attitude and knowledge of what customer service is. I think her name was Lacey. We did not ask for housekeeping service while we were there. We were allowed one towel and one washcloth each. This is a pathetic way to run a property. While waiting in the lobby to be picked up, there were two other people complaining. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again.

A complimentary 24-hour shuttle lets you make your flight on time, any time. Pets are welcome, and you will enjoy the complimentary wireless Internet throughout the hotel. Use the fully equipped fitness center, splash in the indoor pool and let kids play in the kiddie game room. The in-house restaurant serves all meals as well as room service, and there is a 24-hour business center. Over 6400 square feet of versatile event space and in-house event staff make hosting effortless. The smartly designed guest rooms feature flat-screen TV, microwave and refrigerator, and select rooms are available with separate living area and wet bar.
