Over half the elevators were not working, requiring looping the hallways to find one that works until you just give up and take the stairs. Lighting in the room and bathroom is abysmal; had to use tiny compact mirror and sit by the window to get enough sunlight to get ready for the wedding. Linens and towels were clean, but I'm not convinced the carpet was vacuumed or washed in a bit. Do not walk around w/o socks on. The only saving grace for this hotel is that it's a stone's throw from the downtown area; easy access to food and shopping and the banquet hall for the reception.

I had to leave a day early (checked out on Tuesday, 11/5/2019) due to an emergency at home in Atlanta. This morning, I called HOTELBEDS USA, INC, this morning regarding a refund for the last reservation day (11/7/2019). The Service Rep told me a Booking Department agent call HI Burbank for their refund approval. I should hear something in two four business days from the Booking Department. Your hotel was on the list of referrals by USC Verdugo Hills Hospital where my dad was going to have surgery and be hospitalized for 3days. I explained that when I reserved the room. Unfortunately it was a Labor Day weekend, so the rates were very steep. I am the daughter and I am the one who paid all traveling to get my dad medically served. I let them know I was a government employee and AAA Member and I'm looking for a savings to help me because the hospital referred me. I also stated I needed 4nights. I wound up charging over $900 for the lodging plus $75 for parking. Upon arrival, I spoke to the manager and let him know about my financial situation and that I was staying four nights and asked whether it was possible to receive comp breakfast buffets for me and my elderly mother. He said the most he could do is give us one each, but that's all. Service, food and room were great. However, we were treated like tourists so the personal side of the service, even from the manager, is questionable. I pray I do not have need to stay there again for medical reasons on a holiday weekend.

The property is very clean and offers many amenities. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. My 90 year old mother was traveling with me and everyone was very attentive of her needs. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn.

We stayed in this hotel while in California for the championship game. It was not to far from the Rose Bowl so that was why we picked it. We stayed in the executive rooms and they were nice and roomy. The beddings and pillows were wonderful. I had asked for adjoining rooms but was told upon arrival they weren't able to meet that request. I don't understand why not because there was only one room between us and our other party. Aside from that our stay here was great. Easy to get into the parking lot. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel was nice and very convenient for my activities. My room had been recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. I would like to commend the staff at this hotel! They are extremely helpful, friendly and supplied lots of helpful information about the area. I would definitely stay there again if I have occasion to visit Burbank.
