Thank you so much for considering the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Collins! We would love to host your stay and be Your Home away from Home. The Hotel offers all Suites with full kitchens (ovens by request) and is in a fantastic location - easily accessible to all parts of Northern Colorado and within a short walking distance to locally owned restaurants and a twice a week seasonal Farmers Market. We have nature at our door with a walking trail and pond located on the North side of the building...guests can also enjoy our indoor pool and outdoor sports court. We have a handful of room types - each room includes one (1) full-size sleeper sofa. ... Studio Queen Suites / Studio King Suites / One Bedroom Queen Suites / One Bedroom King Suites / and Two-Bedroom Suites that feature one room with a king bed and one room with a queen bed. Room rates include a hot breakfast, wireless internet, and complimentary parking. While the hotel does not have a meeting space, the spacious breakfast area can be utilized for guest gatherings after the daily breakfast has concluded. Additionally, you can call and speak with the Director of Sales at the hotel to discuss opportunities for meeting spaces in the area. The hotel is concluding a renovation, and the guest rooms are updated with a calming color palate and new design - full renovation to be complete by Spring 2026.
